Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of Gomoku Party 3.0 and its online services.
Using the service
You may use Gomoku Party for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, exploit defects, cheat, impersonate another person, harass players, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Accounts and nicknames
You may play as a guest or sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook. You are responsible for access through accounts you control. Nicknames must remain unique and must not be unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringe another party's rights. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect players or the service.
Gameplay and availability
Rankings, matchmaking, tournaments, clocks, and results are calculated by the service. Connectivity problems, maintenance, abuse prevention, or software defects may interrupt play. We may change or discontinue features, but will take reasonable care to preserve account data and compatibility where practical.
Third-party services
Apple, Google, Facebook, Firebase, app stores, and network providers operate under their own terms and policies. Gomoku Party is not responsible for outages or decisions made by those third parties.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for serious abuse, security risks, or material violations of these terms. Account deletion is permanent and removes the associated game profile and records as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
