Information we process

We process the nickname you choose, a Firebase user identifier and sign-in provider, an app installation identifier, platform, time zone, approximate country derived from the request, gameplay and ranking records, social connections, tournament participation, notification settings, and push notification tokens.

Guests use a Firebase anonymous identifier and receive a generated public nickname. We do not offer email-and-password registration and do not receive or store passwords for Apple, Google, or Facebook accounts.

Social sign-in

If you choose Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in, that provider and Firebase Authentication process the authentication request. Firebase may retain provider profile information made available during sign-in. Our game backend stores the Firebase identifier and provider type needed to recognize the same account on another device.

Provider processing is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, and Meta Privacy Policy.

How we use information

We use this information to operate accounts and multiplayer games, keep nicknames unique, synchronize progress across devices, calculate rankings, provide social and tournament features, prevent abuse, deliver requested notifications, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability.

Analytics and service providers

Gomoku Party uses Firebase services supplied by Google, including Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging. Operational hosting and the game database are run by the developer. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and account deletion

Account and gameplay information is kept while your account is active or as needed to operate and secure the service. You can permanently delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes the Firebase account, public profile, games, tournament history, ranking, and social connections associated with the account.

Your choices and contact

You can play as a guest, choose which social provider to use, change your unique nickname, control notifications, and delete your account. For privacy questions or a deletion request, contact [email protected].

Children and changes

Gomoku Party is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online data processing in their country. We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be updated.
