Installation

macOS
Open the DMG and drag Gomoku Party to Applications. The app is signed with Apple Developer ID and notarized.
Windows
Extract the ZIP to a folder and open gomoku.exe. The required Visual C++ runtime is included.
Linux
Ubuntu 22.04 or newer, x64. Extract the archive and run gomoku. Run install.sh to add it to your applications menu without administrator access. GTK 3, libsecret and GStreamer with the base and good plugins are required. Install the audio plugins with sudo apt install gstreamer1.0-plugins-base gstreamer1.0-plugins-good.

Keep your game up to date

The app checks for updates at launch and while you play. New major or minor releases require an update to continue; patch fixes are usually optional. Download the new package, close the app and replace it in the same location. Your account and games stay with you.
